Description
This bean is complex and has layers of flavors that dramatically change depending on roast and brew method, allowing you to discover yet another face to this Peru. At Low Temp roasts, the butterscotch sweetness arrives first with its creamy body, followed by a hint of vanilla extract, finishing delicately with apricot, peach and/or plum. At High Temps the flavors simplify as the sweet and buttery notes deepen to rich, smooth drinking chocolate.
Tasting Notes: Butterscotch, Vanilla, Stone Fruit

Just not for me. Tasted a bit muted and woody. I prefer something with more punch, so I won’t reorder this one.

Such a comforting cup. Caramel sweetness comes through nicely with a medium grind.

Mellow and pleasant. A good choice if you don’t want anything too bold or fruity.

Peru Highland is gentle and sweet, perfect for an easy morning. Low acidity which my stomach appreciates.
