Description
This coffee is easygoing and makes for a great daily drinker. The Brazil Passeio reminds us of a drinkable nougat. Low Temp roasts, applied with a nice, even, steady heat, reveal sweet toffee notes inside a creamy body that finish with heavy dried tart cherry. When roasting High Temp batches, we get the environmental temp pretty high, which makes this coffee even and smooth, bringing out toasted nuts and a light, milk-chocolate finish.

Honestly the best value bean they carry. I drink it black every day and never tire of it.

Lovely comforting flavor. I wish it had a touch more brightness but it’s exactly what a Brazilian should be.

My go-to for lattes. Rich and smooth and it never gets sour. Highly recommend for espresso machines.

Brazil Passeio makes the creamiest cup. Nutty, low acid, chocolatey. Perfect for milk drinks.
