Description
Paul’s Blend was created to pay homage to our beloved brother, who departed too soon from our lives. He liked to brew and enjoy a good cup, and he loved good company to go with it.
We wanted this coffee to imitate Paul. So, we knew it needed to begin with a strong backbone, and have half its heart based in Mexico. With Paul’s ability to see things from multiple differing perspectives, we needed his blend to be easy to approach; strong, well-rounded, with a few punchy bright notes. We hope you love this coffee! We sure love Brother Paul!
