Description
These beans are tightly bound up. They need to be pushed hard and fully developed. The art is to lengthen the batch time for development, but keep the batches short enough for fruitiness to dominate the cup. At Low Temp roasts you’ll find ripe strawberries and blueberries with a light creamy body. At High Temps the berries balance out with cocoa flavors and the body becomes heavy.

My favorite of everything I’ve tried here. The aroma alone is worth it.

Too tea-like and thin for me. I’m sure it’s well roasted but I like my coffee to taste like coffee, not blueberries.

Beautiful cup but you really have to brew it carefully or the delicate notes get lost. Worth the effort when you nail it.

If you like fruity, light roast coffee this is a must. Tea-like body and so aromatic.

Ethiopia Asikana is incredible. Blueberry and jasmine, like drinking a flower garden in the best way. Floral and bright.
