Description
This bean is very dense and very dynamic. At any Finish Roast Temp this coffee first presents sweetness and then its bright notes. Low Temp roasts keep the body light and delicate, with brown sugar up front and a pleasant berry finish. High Temp roasts develop caramel notes and create a lingering fruit finish.
Tasting Notes: Brown sugar, caramel, papaya, and berries
Farms: Three women-owned farms in San Marcos, Fraijanes, and Santa Rosa
Process: Washed
Altitude: 1650-1750 masl

Smooth and rich without being heavy. My whole family drinks it and that never happens.

Very nice balanced cup. I get more of the chocolate than the fruit notes described but no complaints, it’s tasty.

Bought this on a whim and now it’s a staple. Works beautifully in a pour over.

Guatemala Eya! is a stunner. Cocoa, a little orange, and a smooth body. One of my favorites here.
