Description
In comparison with other Mexican coffees, this one stands alone. We love being able to roast these fast, making them bright and crisp, or slow it down and develop the deep chocolate. Low Temp roasts showcase orange cream, vanilla and floral notes, while High Temp roasts are balanced, creamy and smooth, with dark chocolate permeating the cup.
Tasting Notes: Citrus, Cream, Milk Chocolate

Wanted to love it but mine tasted flat. Could be on my end with the grind, but I’ve had brighter beans from this roaster.

Pulled a great espresso shot with this. Sweet and forgiving, even when I dialed it in a bit off.

Really enjoyable everyday cup. Not the most complex coffee I’ve had from them but very approachable and smooth.

Mexico Nayarit is so clean and bright. Lovely chocolate finish with a little nuttiness. Reorder for sure.
